3. Quote Requests and Communication

By submitting the quote form, you authorize Shine Time Window Cleaning to contact you by phone, SMS, and email regarding your request. You represent that the phone number and email you provide belong to you.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or safety conditions.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods communicated at the time of service. Past-due balances may incur fees and collection costs.

6. Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the work area, including water access and clearance around windows. You are responsible for disclosing any defective windows, screens, or fixtures before work begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.

7. Satisfaction and Limited Warranty

If you are not satisfied with the work, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to correct the issue at no charge. This is your sole and exclusive remedy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the services or this site shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Insurance
